Questions

Good to know before you book.

Will servicing with you void my new car warranty?

No. Federal law lets you service your car anywhere. We use parts that meet factory spec and keep dated records that satisfy manufacturer warranty requirements.

How long will my car be here?

Most maintenance and brake work is finished the same day, usually within three hours. Bigger jobs get a firm pickup time when you approve the quote.

Do you offer loaner cars or rides?

Yes. We have four loaner cars you can reserve when booking, and a free shuttle within five miles of the shop.

What does the diagnostic fee cover?

Up to an hour of testing by a technician, not just a code read. If you go ahead with the repair, the full fee is credited to your invoice.

Can I bring my own parts?

We can install customer supplied parts, but we cannot warranty the part itself. Labor on the install is still covered.

Do you work on electric cars?

Yes. Two of our technicians are high voltage certified, and we service Tesla, Chevrolet Bolt, Hyundai Ioniq, Kia EV6, Nissan Leaf and most hybrids.
